Soldering Question
« on: July 16, 2007, 04:10:59 PM »
I'm hoping someone can help me on this. In the 50$ Robot Tutorial, it shows pictures of soldering joints for the 5 pin things and they're soldered in a row and to the microcontroller. How do you do that. BTW this is the first time I ever soldered in my life!

Unfortunately I underestimated peoples experience with soldering.

(At one time I really sucked at it, too)

I recommend practicing a little on an unused side of the board just to get the hang of it.

To do the rows, basically you use a lot of solder . . . I really should make a video of this some day . . .
