Haven't really looked at 24-48V DC motors, but depending on what you are looking for with the gears, McMaster.com has some gears, ServoCity has gears and sprockets as well.  I'm sure other poeple can probably give you more ideas.  What kind of application are you looking for?

Where I can buy a brush DC motor with encoder
The motor can work from 24 until 48 volts
The sufficient resolution of the encoder can be 1000 pulses for one round
Reality check!
Even a slow motor will be around 1000 RPM, so with 1000 pulses, it's 1 million pulses a minute, a vast overhead.
If you place the encoder on the wheels instead, a wheel with a diameter of as much as 10cm (~4") will give one pulse each 314µm - I doubt that you'd need anywhere close to that resolution.

Also I search where to buy mechanical drive devices like gears, differential and others
A quick Googling will reveal a lot of shops.
