Title: Ideas of firebot
Post by: ubaid88 on October 06, 2011, 02:56:29 PM
Hi,
I planning to build a firebot, if that senses a fire(let say a candle or match) around its working range then it go towards and extinguish it.
something like that:
Fire Fighting Robot (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2_Rm5vK_qWg&feature=related#)

I am confused on for sensor. I think Uv, IR and smoke detector can be used here. I will use differential motors for navigation. And pic as microcontroller.

Any ideas or working algorithms for this?
