Just apply high voltage/current
What if the data-less component happens to be eg. a high voltage, high current thyristor or similar?
But how would you know it's high voltage/current thyristor, without the datasheet?

Yeah, that'll teach a bugger like this I don't even think it will impress this, or even much smaller devices much, considering its 200kOhm impedance, which will yeild a measly 89V over the 15 Ohm device - even a 200 Ohm component will take it to 1kV.
Well then, There's always my neighbor with a Pole-Pig rated higher,
Also, Will it Blend?
Language barrier alert.Pole-Pig... I get mental images of an escapee from a merry-go-round (and some other that would probably get censored if written here )
He-he, still no better than a sledge hammer and certainly not as safe Kinda sad really, that some people have such a huge need for "fame" and no real claim to it
