Title: 50$ robot - wires and connections Q
Post by: richsteve12 on August 12, 2010, 10:43:12 PM
To most of you guys these questions may sound really really stupid but i am really new to this . So please pardon me . So yea :

1. What kind of wires should i use for making connections in the 50$ robot tutorial ?
2. Also when i look at this picture http://tinyurl.com/2w65bbn (http://tinyurl.com/2w65bbn) , I wonder if the wires are interconnected with every hole as the solders (lead) are touching each other. Or am i wrong ?

1. Anything you have sitting around/can salvage. Go to the nearest electronics store and buy something.

2. I don't know what you're asking? Is what connected to what sorry?

If you can between 20 or 24 gauge wire it would be good.

Er... if your meaning the solder joining two points together then yes.

2. The wires in red are connected in the lines shown, also, the two rows on outer either side are bridged across as you can probably see.
So, four rows of power buses.
