Programming Interface for the atmega88 and attiny85
« on: October 07, 2010, 04:26:00 PM »
I need help setting up a programming interface to program the atmega88 and attiny85, both support ISP, but I require a simple circuit to program the two chips from my DB-9 Serial Port(It's an actual port, not a USB-Serial converter).

I've already downloaded and installed PongProg and AVR Studio. I am clueless about the programming setup. Can someone provide an interface circuit and/or tutorial for the interface circuit.

Thanks,
macdad-(Nick)
