Arduino Shields
« on: May 29, 2012, 05:35:15 PM »
Hello Everyone,

I'm looking for a Arduino Shield that provides control of the Arduino Uno with a PC, and i'm deciding between buying a wireless SD card shield, ethernet, wifi, bluetooth, etc and want to know which would best fit the functionality of around 500 feet connectivity and keeping most of the Arduino I/O pins, suggestions on brands and prices also would be helpful, thank you

You would probably want to go with a wifi card because that will give you the most range. Or you could use a ethernet shield and a wifi router. Now the shield connects to the top of the board so once you mount the board the shield will hold on too it as well. As for price im not sure that would be based on how much you want to send to the bot and how fast.
