Title: Books for Learning RF Circuits
Post by: airman00 on March 08, 2009, 09:47:28 PM
Hi,

I'm trying to learn more about RF circuits . Can anyone suggest some books for me?
Books that describe low frequency RF and/or a chapter about RSSI(signal strength) would be a plus.

So far this looks good : http://www.amazon.com/Circuit-Design-Second-Christopher-Bowick/dp/0750685182/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top (http://www.amazon.com/Circuit-Design-Second-Christopher-Bowick/dp/0750685182/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top)

Thanks

Besides engineering textbooks, you might want to have The ARRL Handbook for Radio Communications, a more practical level reference.

For VLF, there seems to be a lot of stuff on the internet.

There are college courses for wireless communications, you could probably pick up a textbook for that kind of class

I second this. I read through a lot of it when I got my ARRL license.
