3 pin servo connection cables (sources)
« on: October 27, 2009, 06:26:56 AM »
Because I am using the axon for my current robot I thought I would go ahead and run all my sensor cables using the same connectors as my servos. Spark fun has some extensions but I don't need the other end. Does anyone know where I can get some cheap 3 pin .1 in servo cables that just end in leads or are long and have two female ends?

On this page...

Scroll down to see the part number for 2,3,4 pin connections.  Go type those part numbers into Digikey.com.

Don't forget, these are just the OUTSIDE PLASTIC pieces.  You need to buy the metal pieces that your wires actually attach to separately.  (Don't ask me why.)  If you type the 3 pin part number into digikey, and you scroll down to find the "corresponding pieces" or something like that, you'll find the metal pieces to go along with them.

If you going make them yourself using the parts from Digikey.com, the connector OUTSIDE PLASTIC pieces plus the metal pieces is about the same prices as the Extension cable, you can just buy this Extension cables cut and use the female end is cheaper.
