Hi,

How to build robot step by step that can turn left, turn right, go forward, go backward and also can transfer load from the robot itself to a bucket? Attached is the concept idea.

well there is the $50 dollar tutorial robot which is a autonomous robot an uses photoresistors (detects light and all that stuff)  but you could modify it to be RC controlled and ITS IMPOSSIBLE! to do it between 50-100 dollar do to the fact that you want a arm or whatever method to move the object to its target. but the idea is very simple. You can o it but spend a little time on the $50 then upgrade
Learning from what I can...

It looks like an interesting competition. I didn't know there were any robotics competitions in Australia, other than Robocup Junior in the schools. Does anyone know of any Australian competitions that are open to non-students?
