My first robot arm project

That looks a lot more rigid than most "first arm" projects I've seen. Looks very nice!

All these part are used part , It looks rigid due to high torque of gear box (Max load of gear is 15 kg ). Total cost for this arm is 2000 US

Also, I would assume that those thick aluminum beams contribute to rigidity?
(Btw: Rigidity is a good thing here! Minimizing flex and backlash is super hard, so I'm impressed by what I see in your video.)

Yes,RIgidity is concern with thickness and length of aluminuim beam.. If this prototype is complete and testing passed the next improvement I will design each joint to be modolar and make it stronger ..

I think it's not precise enough due to i used planetary gear not harmonic gear :'(
