post modify button missing?

Two members messaged me about having trouble modifying messages. The modify button is apparently missing sometimes.

For example:

I find that it is occurring only on my older posts, such as my entries into older threads. I can easily update recent posts that I have posted in the past ~2 weeks, but nothing earlier...

Can other people verify this problem?

ok I figured out what it was. I must have changed the setting without thinking.

It was set for 5 days. I changed it to 41 days, but might tweak that again in the future.

Send me an IM if that's still a problem for anyone.
