Title: RF module help urgent !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have made a rf transmitter and receiver and it is sending and receiving data..
but i have a problem..
when both encoder n decoder circuit are on,all leds glow in the receiver part and as soon as data pins are grounded on the encoder side,the led stop glowing.
i WAnt to REVERSE this operation,that is the Led should glow on pressing/grounding the data pins on encoder ..
plz help me suggest me something that i should do..
its very urgent..

Post a schematic and post links to datasheets for the chips used! At least if you want usable answers.
