could i make a helicoptor out of this?

ive been dying to make an rc helicoptor...theres this cheap $10 aus rc car would it work to make a chasi and put the insides of the car into it? heres the link to the car

helicopters are pretty hard to make from scratch  :-\

yes you can use the r/c controller from the car but not the motors.
You need to calculate the torque of the motor and the rotor width.

I shouldnt think that you could use anything but the transmitter/receiver, and even then its unlikely to have enough channels for a helicopter (you need at least 3. 1 for up/down. 1 for turn left/right. 1 for forward/backward)

hmm....point taken...but theres a copter that my friend has that has a height control lever on his controller and then one for forward and one for left and right...
