CMUcam video streaming?
« on: October 20, 2009, 07:38:06 AM »
Hi.. The CMUcam1 1.12 version i've brought recently just arrive and i plugged it in via RS232 to my comp.. settings all default at 115200 bps. I've manage to get dump frame to work. (blurry pics and slow)

But how do i make it like a live streaming video on my computer like a web cam.

Make a program to output a constant screen dump. It won't be fluid motion at all though.
Check out the Roboduino, Arduino-compatible board!

is there any other way.. the dump frame took around 3-5 secs to appear right after click.. I dont think a loop of "df" will work..With the provided software"VB" there's a dump frame function with loop capability.

I cant tell the difference when it's activate and deactivated.
