Title: Axon MCU power recycling issue
Post by: OperationIvy on March 07, 2009, 05:37:19 PM
We have a problem with our Axon where it keeps resetting itself. I have it programmed so that the LED blinks once during initialization and then stays on during operation. However, when we run ours we can see the LED blink in the middle of whatever it is doing (seemingly at random). We thought it was a connection issue with the power cable but we tried several different methods of getting power to the Axon and couldnt pin down the source of the problem. This is making it somewhat frustrating to test our software on our robot. Is this always going to be a problem with our power line? Or is it possible that our software could cause this? Or could our Axon be boned?

Thanks!

What version software are you using? What voltage is your battery at? What devices do you have hooked up?

I've noticed this with the latest software version myself, but haven't yet investigated the cause. I plan to test it more tomorrow.

Turned out it was just a low battery for me.

Did you ever test your battery?
