« on: January 02, 2008, 06:23:43 PM »
I live in Australia and am having (a lot) of trouble finding electronic components for the $50 robot. ???

If any knows of any good shops please let me know.

Dunk, when linking to search results, copy the link where it says:

Amusing, when I did a search for 'Australia', the very first result was what Quangmarrr wanted :P

yup. i was trying to demonstrate that the question had been asked several times before.
i probably should have said that though....

o well.

Quangmarrr, there's a few people asked specifically about Australia before.
there's several others that have asked about other countries and have been directed to sites that ship world wide.
search and you will find.

dunk.

Thanks guys.  :D Sorry I didn't realise there was a search function in the forums. :-[

I've since found most of the parts I need. But the cheapest servos I could find were about $25.

http://www.jaycar.com.au/productResults.asp?whichpage=1&pagesize=10&keywords=servo&CATID=&SUBCATID=&form=KEYWORD&SPECIAL=&ProdCodeOnly=&Keyword1=&Keyword2=&pageNumber=&priceMin=&priceMax=

Is this abnormally high pricing or just Australian Pricing.
