Title: built my first micro-controller

Hey Everyone, Me and 2 other people finished building and testing our first micro-controller. I got the LED blinky program working. It is based on the ATMega168 chip and uses the arduino development environment. I just wanted to share it with everyone because it is progress. Finally!
