Youtube crashed and has been down for a day now

I think there should be an extension of the robot contest due to this youtube failue AND b/c of that little mishap with the forum earlier this year


B/c of this there will be no videos on my tutorial of the robot victim finding and obstacle avoiding !!!

HAHA, it's because Pakistan tried to block it from people in Pakistan because of those Danish cartoons that showed Muhammad.

It was due to a Pakistani engineers mistake when he was attempting to carry out instructions to block YouTube from being accessed in Pakistan. I cant find the article but I read it a few hours ago. When the engineer was notified of the error, he immediately corrected it.

They then posted another article with the same text but also added much more around it to talk about the method the engineer used to block access and why it went wrong. Cant seem to find it now

The article was on my iGoogle thing where I put news. It said youtube outage and that was all that's needed to get my attention.
