Alright I'm no noob to the electronic world but I am a noob to the world of mechanics and hardware and I was just wondering what is the name of that servo mount used in the $50 Robot Tutorial and could someone post me a link to an on-line dealer selling these?

they are just called servo mounts. they used to come with the hs-311 servos, but im not sure if they still do.
you can find them here: http://www.servocity.com/html/servo_mounts.html
and here are good universal mounts: http://www.servocity.com/html/90_degree_universal.html

Save yourself the $5 on bits of plastic and just use some double-sided foam tape, it works just as well.
