Hi,

i search after capacitor that can work with frequency of 15kHz and 1000 volt
Any capacitor that can withstand 1kV should do, as you didn't specify eg. the needed Xc, the reactance of the cap, at the given frequency.
Any cap will "work with frequency of 15kHz" as long as you don't give a rat's rear end about any other parameter.
Regards,
Søren

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?

Commercial A/C units use capacitors of that size... I've seen some in old microwaves... Tube TV's (Be extremely careful here... very dangerous... in fact if you don't have any safety gear I'd say don't even go there). :)
