We are FIRST Robotics Team #1986, Team Titanium, from Lee's Summit West High School in Lee's Summit, MO. This Guitar Hero Robot was a summer project.

that robot is really impressing! do you use something like a phidgets board to control the motors?

The robot uses simple tubular solenoids. They are driven by a nifty I/O board we found that has USB addressing and high current solid state relays built into one board. The vision is done with LabView software from National Instruments.

How much was that board? Our team wants to make a really fast rubik's cube solving robot, but we only have one C-rio. And we have a very limited budget ;)
