Title: electronic money scanner?? possible to buy?

I thought it would be fun to see if you could buy a digital dollarbill scanner/registre just like the ones in a soda-machine, but i have been out of luck to google it.

anybody who has found a place to buy one? just the electronic scanner part.

Price seems to be from the low 100s to about a thousand. I'd trust the higher-priced ones more :-)

its seems more exspensive then I would've thought.
