Difference between Futaba S-148 and S3003?

Hi,
Does anybody know what the difference is between the Futaba S-148 and S3003 servos?

Also, can any Futaba hub or horn fit on any Futaba servo,
and do they use the same screws for mounting them on the spline?

the s3003 is a little bit more powerful
about the escond question.
