Iknow about the two different ways to connenct a photoresistor to a MCU. One is by soldering it and the other is by the crimping methods. But is there any other way to do? Because I am now ordering the Roboduino and of course I don't want to solder it to it and since i bought the Roboduino I am low on cash so I cant get a crimper. Any suggestions?
Thanks

have your read the tutorial?

half way down is how to connect to a microcontroller

@cooldog:
Thats the method he just said isnt an option for him
@RoBoTicS:
You can get a plug like that without crimping it yourself. If you have access to some old dead computers the front panel connections will often have plugs that you can use. Just cut them to a good length and solder those wires with the plug in it to the wires coming from the photoresistors and your good to go. Thats basically what I did for my photoresistor eyes

sorry i though he was saying solder directly to the board

also back in the day when I didn't have a 200 dollar crimper , I used regular needlenose pliers to crimp on terminals . Put some solder on it also if you want to make it a bit stronger. Its an annoying method but its cheap and it works.

Thanks guys I might just use the pliers method instead,

I can find some old computers, because by brother is a computer technician. So I will have to check that out and hopefully find some to use Thanks again.

You can try this too,

Solder the wires on to such pins<for the top>,
and put them in the molex connector
Hope this thelps ;D,{I havnt tried this yet, but it is a good idea :)}
Tell me if it works<ill try it too ;)>

I just ordered the parts to modify it. I am going to go with airman00 and use needle nosed pliers to crimp it. Everybody else thats for the help I will keep them in mind
