Hello All,

I'm building a robot for a national competition for senior design project, for a robot to mine dirt in 15 minutes. We are planning to use an ethernet motor controller to skip the microcontroller step on the robot, since really we just want to control the motors. We bought this board, which is the Barracuda Dual Motor Controller RB-Rbw-03

http://www.robotshop.ca/barracuda-30a-dual-ethernet-controller-encoder-2.html

The instruction manual wants us to update firmware with a .cry file, through its encrypter loader utility to connect the board before running the sample program. We get an error about "missing type 4 file error" in the bootloader step, and therefore cant run it.

anyone have an idea how to solve this problem?

We replaced the board, and still get the same error.

Thanks in advance
