Chek out this new Robot solely developed for the drastic conditions where the humans really face the challenge to rome about.

The Robot is totally developed by Thyer School Of Engineering And technology, Dartmouth.

I must say, I am very impress -40 degree.
All we need now is a robot that can withstand high temperature, like going under hot lava.

Antarctic summer means almost 24/7 sun for a month, I think.  That's good.  But the solar power received is much less than that received around the equator.  Equatorial sun, however, comes in largely vertical... Angle increases as you go north/south of the equator, so Antarctica is one of the best locations for side-mounted solar panels.
