I knew it!, no one believed me when I talked about UAVs in class or other forums.

Im completely not surprised at all lol. If im not mistaken pretty much all UAVs are for recon only right? I think I may have seen some UAVs with armament payloads though... I cant remember. Hard to keep track of these things lol

I love how the only 2 comments on that article right now are:
"The natural next step is to link these in a global coordinated network, ideally by a superior artificial intelligence. It could be called..... Sky Network!"
and
"Come with me if you want to live."

But yeah, there has been a lot of weaponized uav research. In this case the predator is the first that comes to my mind.

Then perhaps the newer generation will see this and they will realize the importance of staying in school and staying out of trouble. I have no issues with simple tasks being replaced by machines. IE: Not to piss anyone off, but I still feel that if more autoworkers were replaced by machines we would have cheaper cars that could be built to a higher standard.

Humans will never fully be replaced, there will always be a need for them in battle and will always be a need for them in the market place. It's just up to us to learn more and be smarter so we can stay ahead of the curve.

There is no job loss with new technologies.... There is only human being re purposed....
We can't stay where we are for ever...
And cause we don't even live in a socialistic society we have to
change as technologies changes..... That's for sure....

Im afraid I must disagree with that. They will see this and say "Hey, a robot can due awl mi stuph for me so i aint need no edumacashon. Insted aim gunna go du sum drugs and shoot peepl in thu street that have slightly different opinions than me."

The newer generations are only losing respect for knowledge. There is a serious lack of natural curiosity as each generation is brought in. Having graduated only last year from High School and having been in 2 different high schools for 2 years each, both in completely different settings, Im able to see just how few people actually give a darn about not being a complete idiot...
