Title: Where to get stuff
Post by: Allenph79 on February 20, 2009, 01:06:49 PM
High om im new here i am 12 years old and got into robotics about 6  months ago i have made a beetle bot a robot that cleans florrs(my design) bristle bots and many toher things but for these robots i have used mostly dc motors and never a reciever i have never needed a servo  until now, i am creating a homade remote controle robot for this i will need a small( very small) servo for the tail or if i can use a dc motor, how do i do that, and how do i plug it in to a reciever, my other question is where can i find a cheap remote, some cheap materials for building the chasis( i hope i got that right) some cheap servos and some recievers ( probably a fairly small one...) if you could help me with this i would most appreciate it and i hope im not bugging any of you, thanks
