Title: Ask for help with the "error accessing robotic hardware" of Evolution ER1

I have problem with Evolution ER1. I guessed it is the problem with the battery .

Actually, I have bought a new battery and it worked well with cripper arm. (the cripper arm used to be no action due to the dead battery)
But still it showed message"error accessing robotic hardware". Also the battery level showed empty. It looks like that the battery can not provide power to the motors that control the movement of the robotics. Do you think is there anything wrong with this set of ER1, have you met this situation before?
