Title: $50 robot programmer

Hey friends I have bought a new programmer...........http://www.ucmicrosys.com/products/ic-programmers/ucflash.html (http://www.ucmicrosys.com/products/ic-programmers/ucflash.html)
and i ve connected
 
MOSI to MOSI
SCK to SCK
MISO to MISO
RESET to RESET
VCC to VCC
GND to GND
of the programmer

but i am unable to program my chip
Please help ??? :'( :'( :'( ??? :o

Please give more details.
You're saying the classic "My car won't run". That doesn't tell us anything about what could be wrong.

Friends I am using this programmer to program my chip ATMEGA8L using UCFLASH+ Software given on the above given website!!!.
Using this programmer ATMEGA8L can oly be programmed in ISP Mode.
Ive connected all pins as specified in the programmer........but still this software says device not identified.
The programmer programs the chip using SPI communication.

Please tell me what can be problem is there any problem with my connections???

I have no experience with that software or programmer. Is it possible you have the chip in upside down? Have you tried to contact the manufacturer to see if they offer any support?
