Title: Help naming this piece of hardware.... is it a reinforced bracket?

Hey all,

I'm looking for a piece of hardware like the one in this image. I thought it would be called a reinforced bracket but I've been unable to find anything like it on McMaster-Carr or Home Depot or Lowes.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
