Title: KUKA - Additional Axis for EOAT - Help

Hi,

I'm currently working on a KUKA KR700 PA robot for an industrial pick and place application. Pay load of 550 kg.
The application needs an additional axis for the robot to pick the workpiece at an angle (in the rack).
What would be my best options? Should I consider a heavy duty rotary actuator or a planetary gearbox or something like that?
Kindly suggest me some options, considering the payload please.

I would need more information. A general diagram of your mechanisim, electronics, etc would help.
