when you are replying  at the bottom click additional options and upload your photos

If you don't want thumbnails, upload your image on imageshack.us , copy the Direct Link to Image, put it in brackets and you're set  ;D

You could also upload pics as attachments and post it. Then go back to the thread and modify it, and use the url from the pic attachments and in-lining them into the post.
