Arduino sound library

Hello and welcome to my post
would any persons reading this know of a arduino which could do the
following...
generate tones that i could play on a speaker or transmit with a radio 
like beep beep dit da etc..
and interpret sound so that for example if my arduino receives
da da dit beep then turn on this led...

Are you talking about Morse code library?
