does anyone knows where can i buy digital servos (brand: Hitec) in Manila, Philippines?
 
and

a sample program manipulation of towerPro servo using assembly language?

All analog hobby servo should work the same way (or at most require tweaking the timing).
And there are as many assembly languages as there are processor types. Which one are you using?
We can try to guess but that might take some time :p

As "chelmi" allready wrote, it helps to specify which core you want to work with, but whatever code, it will work on all RC servos (as long as they're connected up the right way of course).
