Ultrasonic Transmitter / Level Shifter

For an ultrasonic transmitter, if I connect one side to a +9v/0v pulse train (1010101010) and connect the other side to a inverted +9v/0v pulse train (0101010101), is the transmitter going to produce a +9v/-9v pulse train?

If it doesn't, what is the simplest way to shift the +9v/0v pulse train to -9v/0v ?

Hi,

Considering the US transmitters terminals A and B, it would look like this:
AB Volt  swing
00 0/0     |
11 +9/+9 |
10 +9/0   (
01 0/+9   )
10 +9/0   (
01 0/+9   )
Etc.
This will not be a +9V/-9V pulse train, but it will double the transmitter "membrane" movement and I guess that's what you want to accomplish


If it doesn't, what is the simplest way to shift the +9v/0v pulse train to -9v/0v ?
If you want to increase the output of an US-TX you have it, but are you perhaps after something different?

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?
