Robot Building Clubs
« on: February 03, 2008, 06:50:13 PM »
I have been looking for robot clubs around my area and have as of yet to locate one even remotely near... is there such a thing as a "robot club directory" anyone could point me to?

This has already been suggested in the "SoR international" topic. But then SoR went offline and Admin got too busy... I dunno if he's still working on it or not.

Connecticut : my house fool!
:P

But yeah, I think that is an awesome idea. I can help out with it! Hell Ill even make it. All wed really need is a data table in alphabetical order categorized by Country then State/Province then Town/City or something of that nature. I might be able to write a Java Applet as well to make it even more fun :P

Not that Ive found - Universities are a great place to start looking tho.
Head down to Tin Man Robotics in Los Alamitos if you just want general advice and/or to look at some cool projects. The guy that runs it is pretty sharp.
