I suspect this project is simply too advanced for a total newbie. I can offer some advice though. First learn to spell. I don't mean to be rude, but this isn't a text message, and you're making it more difficult for people to take you seriously.

You might take a look at Webbot designer though. I just started looking at it and I suspect it will make things easier on you if you're using an Atmel processor. Many people here use it as well.

Take one piece of the problem at a time, and break it down into separate pieces that you can understand. When you have a detailed understanding of how you want to do something, ask a detailed question (preferably with schematics, pictures, whatever) that we can do something with. The amount of stuff you're trying to do all at once is more than can be dealt with at once.

We'll be glad to try to help, but the question is too vague at this point to do anything with.

Joe

I almost think this is a joke....

it would cost thousands of dollars be illegal and if
you asking for a military contract you would be versing things like this
Rip Saw - Tracked ATV
theres also a RC version of it with even more power

what you are asking is just crazy however i can tell you your first step
READ EVERY TUTORIAL ON THE SOR SITE
then you will be a little less of a newb

I can't help but wonder how someone doing a final year project in robotics could be a total newbie at robotics?

By not paying attention, is my guess.
Regards,
Søren

A rather fast and fairly heavy robot with quite large wheels needs what? A lot of power?
Please remember...
Engineering is based on numbers - not adjectives
