I want to build a very small robot, something that will fit a match box. Is there anyone of you who has done something like this? Any advice about parts/schematics?
I have found a few samples, most impressive this one:

This book talks about similar technologies, focusing on the BEAM idea.
They do tend to be a bit larger than the one you posted, though.
I would love to build a small Zigbee army, though. I really would.

lol, if you built an army of about 20 mini-bots and had them all swarm around someone(or your dog, its fun to watch them freak out about vacumes and robots) and see what happens, you might even scar them for life.
:P the next robot movie will be attack of the robot bugs :P
