Supposedly 14 teams and 30 people this time. Looks like most of them copied the winner from last year, though . . .

Yea I wanted to go this year, and planned out my schedule for it, but then they changed the date to 2 months sooner

I'll probably go next year, if the trip isn't too expensive.

Buying them. Just google around, many competitors have already asked where to get them.

I love the bots with camcorders duck taped to the top of them. 

I'll admit gieger was the best looking there.  If he only moved a little faster.  Plus, it was probably hard for him to aim down at the smaller robots for fear of falling over.

So... who won?

More videos have been released. Not very exciting videos, but you get a good look at a lot of the bots. Appears the bipeds still have issues with walking . . . must be all those round bb's under their feet . . .

I'm amused at the use of post-it notes to keep the pellets from under the bipeds feet.

I stopped working on it like 3-4 months ago, its low priority at the moment.

It walks, but doesn't balance on its own yet. Its actually not that amazing, but I did some things no one has done before.
