Post by: y3d1j4 on August 24, 2012, 02:07:03 AM
Hi,

I just started the 50$ robot project. I am working on the mechanical and electrical part and already bought all the parts that are needed.
I have question on the programming part, what is the different between  AVR ISP2 Programmer versus Pocket AVR Programmer. what are the function for each of them. is there any tutorial on the products ?

thank you

Don't these programmers come with datasheets?

Do we need both avr isp2 programmer and pocket avr programmer if we are building the 50$ robots ?
Because it is quite expensive ?
There is a datasheet for the avr isp2 but there is none for the other one
 Thanks

I think quote below explains everything :)

You will need one of the listed programmers (I will explain the difference later in part 4).
