Plexiglass and Parts
« on: May 19, 2008, 05:56:55 PM »
 -Plexiglass
Hello,

I am currently building a simple robot with a plexiglass base. The problem is I can't find plexiglass, and I don't want to use ebay. (bidding too high)
If anyonem could find a site for plexiglass it would be appreciated.
You can e-mail me here:

NO SPAM PLEASE!!!

 -Parts

Another thing I am looking for is parts. I need a ATMega8 8bit microcontroller, but DigiKey is sold out, solarbotics.com's shipping is too high, and I live in CA. Anyone know of a cheap parts site? IF you know of one, can you please e-mail me at:

Again, NO SPAM PLEASE!

Your help is appreciated,

Roberto

Thank you Admin,

I just ordered my microcontroller from mouser.com. Anyone know of a store (not home depot or lowes, they don't have it there) that has curved plexiglass?

EDIT: Never mind, I have this cool shiny black plastic stuff that I will vacume form into a curved thingy.

It looks the same as the back of this Samsung laptop.

Thanks for the help,

Roberto
