hi people, i'm new in building robots. i encounter some problems and wonder if anyone out there can help me or give me advice to it.

1) i need to size a battery (however wat does size a battery means)
i have the payload (90kg), motor (120W x3), controller (300W) and it has to run continuous (4 hrS)
how am i supposed to size the battery

Answers

1. Find out how many amps your motors draw in total. Lets say the total is 10 amp per hour draw, then you need a 10ah battery for it to last one hour continuous and a 40ah battery for it to last 4 hours continuous.  ( this does not take into account the electronics current draw)

What exactly are you building , some giant robot ,  ;) ;)???

2. Google search it for a while , it should probably answer you.
