Title: where I can download neural networks for a SumoRobot?

hi, we are making a SumoRobot with Axon microcontroller hardware and AVR studio 4 software, and we need that SumoRobot to have neural networks, where I can download libraries about neural networks that work in AVR studio 4 and how to install them?  :-\

please help me.
