LED control board

I am looking to animate a matrix of LEDs. I am looking for something similar to a microprocessor, where there are multiple channels, however instead of it controlling the wavelength of the third wire and keeping the voltage on the first two constant, I am looking for just two wires per channel on which the voltage can be adjusted from mybe 0-4 volts.

try this one, itll run lotsa leds with the darlington array output..

also it can do PWM to run LEDs if you like...  (upto 2 channels)

and you can addon a devantech I2C servo controller to control upto 21 more lines of .5-2.5 mS LED pulses (servo pulses...)

so whatever your needs... check it out!!

but the darlington array is great for running a LED matrix.

Here is a schematic for a counter circuit with varying speed, and if you wont to control the voltage on one pin gust add a transistor and a pot to that pin to control it.Cum to think of it the transistor and the pot could be used on a microcontruler to.

sorry about the name of the schematic that part of the circuit was from a nother circuit that I was designing.
