Cart Robot

I saw this
http://www.robotshop.us/phidgetstepper-unipolar-4-motor.html
and wanted to build basic "cart robot". It could support 100 lbs. I looked many material from this forum like
http://www.sdp-si.com/
. However, I could not find nice angle clamp. I found only
http://www.servocity.com/html/90o_clamping_tube_hub.html
, but it is not enough information or good enough for the cart.
I could use shafts to build the cart; however, I do not want to weld them. I want to build a cart and can change the structure if needs to. I am not sure what is called clamp or something that you could suggest.
Thank you so much
I made in 3d model:

Maybe use some piping and drill into it?
Sort of like this

It will probably be cheapest to just custom make your own.
