I know this is not 100% robot related but I need help finding a battery
that lasts long,is strong,has a high voltage, is small, and is light.
 Can anyone offer any advice? ???

How can we select a battery when you give no real info at all?
But i guess you want LiPo cells, or LiIon cells.
(LiPo are better)

These are the best cells on the market, but ofcourse also the most expensive...

As Rebelgium was eluding to, you can't choose a battery until you know:

your actuators - power draw and voltage requirements

your limitations - weight, cost, size
