Very cool stuff!

It has been decades in development... and still isn't ready for prime time... at any cost. It would be nice to see it advailable for the movement impaired. But it may next to never that we see those devices outside of medical devices (special wheelchairs). The changing economy may slow progress even more.

However... the silver lining: devices based on muscle response are dropping drastically and very well will be available for hobbyist in the near future.
