I havent used it personally, but it seems sturdy enough, comes with motors and gearboxes, has a battery holder(another problem solved), and by the sounds and looks of it, it has encoder wheels built in.
Things to bear in mind. Its only about 6.5" long
The tracks dont seem to stick out further than the body, meaning that it will only climb small obstacles easily.
You could always get the ultra cheap one from the link you found above and re-inforce the chassis to make it stronger for yourself.
